Soft pastels are a wonderful painterly medium, even though they are dry. We will explore how we can 'paint' with these dry materials and create depth to our swirling sea. We will cover ways to approach the 'fear of the blank canvas' and how to loosen up your drawing style to create 'happy accidents' which build up to form intricate details. No experience is required for this workshop, just bring lots of energy and enthusiasm! Prepare to get a bit messy and wear old clothes.
